This recipe is very similar to the previous one, Chocolate Cheese Breakfast. Except, it doesn’t contain any eggs. Also, this breakfast option is richer in protein thanks to added WPC. I used protein with chocolate flavor, and would recommend you to do the same.
This meal is quite filling. Despite looking like a cake, it doesn’t contain any sugar. As sweeteners I’ve used small amounts of raisins and honey.
Also, feel free to freeze it for future meals. I froze mine, and the taste didn’t get any worse. Just make sure you defrost it completely, before consuming.
To be honest, this one turned out as successful kitchen experiment, which doesn’t happen every time 🙂
