When the weather turns cold we tend to crave the warm meals. I am not an exclusion.
The idea to combine the buckwheat and apple for the pancakes came to me out of blue. I simply used what was available in the kitchen at the time. Since the result came out great, I am sharing the recipe with you. I am positive, these clumsy pancakes will warm you up.
