I’ve been running for more than twenty years, since I was 15. Running is something I cannot imagine my life without. It’s my therapy, it’s my time. There wasn’t a single run that I felt sorry I went for. Each of my running sessions, no matter how intense or how long it is, brings me benefits. Both, mental and physical. I feel stronger and restored with each activity.
