Oatmeal cookies are one of my favorites. I like to add nuts, seeds and raisins to them to make their taste even better. Since we have a blueberry season, I’ve decide to experiment and add fresh blueberries on top of all the goodness.

When blueberries are added, cookies became softer than original version. You just want to keep chewing them which might be a bit dangerous for your waistline since oatmeal cookies are loaded with lots of carbs and calories. With wise carbs management there is nothing to be afraid of. Plus, if you, like me, love to run you can consume slightly more carbs with no worries.
