  1. Great thoughts 🙂 I personally avoid running because it is hard on joints and internal organs, but there is no doubt that it definitely boosts your confidence. IF I run I sprint. 🙂 Love that you get out and feel the freedom so often!

    1. Thank you, Angie. I’ve been running since I was 15. That’s more than 20 years now. Cannot imagine my life without it 🙂

      1. My sister is the same way. 🙂 She runs every marathon. SHE RUNS FOR FUN! What is that all about?! 😉 I prefer HIIT and weights, but whatever makes you feel best is what is best! 🙂

      2. Huge respect to your sister! I’ve ran two marathons (Chicago). That’s enough for now. Maybe in the future I’ll run more. HIIT are wonderful! I like them too)
